South Indian actress Shriya Saran was allegedly molested by an overenthusiastic fan in Tirupati.
South Indian actress Shriya Saran had a very uncomfortable visit to Tirupati temple, where she was allegedly molested by an overenthusiastic fan. Actress Shriya who was on a private visit to Tirupati early last morning (April 7), was accosted by a fanatic.
Reacting to the fan's action, Shriya allegedly slapped him. Her bodyguards then assaulted the man, who is said to be a helper at a mutt nearby. Shriya Saran, is the actress who was paired opposite Rajnikanth in his blockbuster Sivaji.

Speaking exclusively to TIMES NOW Shriya said, "I was addressing the press after my prayers at the Tirupati, when a man who was standing behind me misbehaved. I think women should stand up for such misbehaviour. Irrespective of being an actress or not, I had to stand up for myself and I think any woman who is a victim of eve teasing and molestation should stand up."
